OEM Warranty information –

The manufacturer Christiani Wassertechnik GmbH (CWT) grants an international manufacturer’s warranty of 25 years from the date of invoice on all Vulcan type units. The warranty covers material and production defects.

Scope of warranty: The warranty covers the elimination of the identified material ormanufacturing defects free of charge. However, the warranty does not cover the cost of transportation to the distributor or manufacturer. Elimination of the defect shall be by repair or replacement at the option of the manufacturer. Replacement equipment and parts may be new or refurbished. Performing warranty work will not extend or restart the warranty. To obtain warranty service, you must immediately report any defects as they become apparent to your distributor and provide the original invoice.

The warranty excludes:

(1) Defects caused by incorrect installation, start-up or operation.

(2) Damages caused by external influences such as scratches, falls, mechanical influences,humidity and moisture.

(3) Force majeure, such as lightning, fire, flood, storm, earthquake, etc.

HDPL/SELLER INDIA Warranty information –

Standard manufacturers/OEM replacement warranty for Vulcan main unit only, against manufacturing defects for 10/25 years by OEM. The adapter has only 1 year warranty. The onsite warranty is free for one year only and is provided by the seller/dealer/franchise. After that, any visit charges will be applicable. Yearly AMC can be provided to the end user at an extra cost. Physical/water/weather damages including wear & tear are not covered by OEM as a standard warranty.

Distributors of INDIA facilitate replacements from Germany for up to 10 years from the bill/invoice date of purchase. Extra courier charges on both sides as applicable from the second year onwards.

11th year onwards all the approved replacements are free by OEM in GERMANY, but total expenses for replacement have to be paid by End-User like import duty, shipping, on-site installation or re-visit etc.
